Orders are processed within **1–2 business days** after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.


**Delivery Times**

We ship via AliExpress Selection Standard with tracking. Estimated delivery from the ship date:


- **United States:** 8–15 business days

- **Europe / United Kingdom:** 10–20 business days

- **Canada / Australia:** 10–20 business days

- **Rest of world:** 12–25 business days


Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs, carrier delays, holidays, and weather. Because our items ship directly from our supplier warehouses, please allow the full window before reaching out — though we're always happy to help sooner.


**Where We Ship**

We ship worldwide. If your country isn't available at checkout, email us at support@stowwellhome.com and we'll do our best to help.


**Tracking**

Every order includes a tracking number, sent to your email once your parcel ships. Please allow a few days after shipping for tracking to begin updating.


**Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)**

Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.


**Delays**

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at support@stowwellhome.com with your order number and we'll investigate right away.


**Lost or Missing Packages**

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days and we'll help resolve it.
