Refund policy
We want you to love your StowWell purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
**Return Window**
You may request a return within **30 days** of receiving your order.
**Eligibility**
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
**How to Start a Return**
Email us at support@stowwellhome.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval can't be processed.
**Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items**
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within **7 days** of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a **free replacement or full refund** — no return shipping cost to you in these cases.
**Return Shipping**
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover it.
**Refunds**
Once your return is received and inspected (or your damaged/defective claim is approved), we'll process your refund to the original payment method within **5–10 business days**. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.
**Non-Returnable Items**
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless defective. Any exclusions will be noted on the product page.
**Cancellations**
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
